Does anyone know of a way to link a calendar appt. to the contact record on the tour? I know if I do an invite it will mark the record. How ever if I am only making an appointment it doesnt.
Why this may be important to others:
If you sync with certain CRMs to keep both calendars current most crms cant handle unlinked appointments (so the get deleted or lost upon sync)
I find myself making more appt, on my BB that the PC now but the at sync the appt wont go to the record
This is not an issue if you use outlook or companion link but Redhorse and others crm it is please advise.
