I would not use them. 7 days is almost impossible. By the time you got the phone 3-4 days could be gone and that would only leave a few days before you had to overnight it back to them!

Lot of stores will say that. If you keep calling, you will eventually find a poorly informed sales rep who is willing to give you the 50% off of retail with no new line or no contract extension. Its all about taking advantage of poorly trained sales reps and calling EVERY store.

Won't they sell you the phone online?

I know this doesn't apply to the 8800, but Sprint will ship any phone from their website at full retail. The Sprint stores here in my city are staffed with slime ball salesmen/women so I feel more comfortable not letting them have any commission.

If you cancel within three (3) days of contract initiation you get the activation fee back also; if not you lose it. So I was refunded the activation fee and charged the additional $150 for the phone.
What state are you, if I may ask? Do you think this 3-day thing is a state law based item (out here in CA we have a few different consumer laws than other states), or a generic Cingular policy?

This is probably not a good place to put this and I apology if I'm wrong Mods, but...

I ended up purchasing 2 BB 8800 thinking my wife would want one as well but she doesnt. So I have a extra BB 8800 if anyone is interested. I really dont know what the market value is.. I also listed this out in the Sale/Trade section.

Thanks

So did I could not resist at that price. Figure if I did not like, or want to get rid of it once received could always get rid of on E-Bay and get my money back and more. So far been happy with their service, free 2 day Fed-ex shipping, item is already in transit.

Recieved my 8800 from Lets Talk today, plugged in and charging, just awaiting my unlock code from gsmphonesource.

Man they must be like the stock market or something??? I had seen it on thier site originally for $459.00, was not too impressed with that price. But when I saw it a day or two later for $349.00 I took advantage of it. Only thing I can say is check thier site every day or so, evidently the price changes. Which is kind of weird.

I've ordered two phones from LetsTalk before. Never had a problem with them, shipping is pretty fast at about 3-4 business days when phones are in stock. Although I've never returned a phone so I can't say how they are with returns.

All the phones I ordered from them worked with no issues.
