hi i have the Blackberry bold 9700..i have a problem when listening to media.The volume button works during calls but whilst palying music if i press the volume up or down it changes the song rather than adjusting the volume! has anyone else had this problem? right now its stuck on a high volume so i cant listen to music at all

Pause or resume playing a song Press the mute key on the top of your
BlackBerry

To Adjust the volume during a song quick Press the Volume keys on the right side of your device
up for louder
dn for softer

Play the next song in a category Press and hold the Volume Up key until it steps to the next song.
Play the previous song in a category Press and hold the Volume Down key
