Default Activating my 8900 on AT&T

Please Login to Remove!

Hey guys,

I have had my 8900 for around 7 months now and I am finally looking to activate it on an American cellular network.

Bought the phone in Kuwait and have been using it on the local GSM network since its purchase (phone is already unlocked). What will I have to do to get it working on AT&T? This is the first time I do any business with AT&T and I chose them because I cannot use it on Verizon or any other CDMA network.

Thanks.

1. Make sure it is unlocked.

2. Call ATT, get a voice account and add the BlackBerry Data Plan it.

3. Activate the device on ATT. You'll need the PIN and IMEI of the device (found at Options > Status or on the white sticker under the battery.
