Default The Bold keeps restarting...Please Help

Please Login to Remove!

Hi there,

i have a brand new unlocked BB Bold for just a week...
Before I change my regular plan into the BB plan for Tmobile, the Bold just fine...
After I activated the BB plan, and I started to chat with the BB messenger...My BB Bold is often having problems...

Whenever I receive any phone calls, it is often giving me a blank white screen....and do nothing...therefore, what I'll do is take the battery off from the phone to turn it off...

I thought that this is only happen one time....but it is happening quite often recently....What should i do??
Do I need to update the software using the desktop?
Thanks...please help.

Sorry don't know the answer to your question other than to say I am having similar issues on my bold and would be interested in hearing the responses.

How do you check the OS type?

Never gone into physical or liquid damage.

Restart and restart again over and over again white blank screen. sorry when give U the wrong answer. ahundred BB that I install OS, some of them had the similar problem, and the BB which had those problem come from the same operator provider. The others BB which come from others providers are fine (nothing problem happen) with the same OS.
so it mightbe the problem come from not suitable OS that you use to your provider, try to use the other service provider, or U can downgrade your version of your OS.

My resets were caused by wi-fi being turned on. Upgraded os to 210. Resolved.
