Default Dreaded dust.

Please Login to Remove!

got my first Curve 8530 a week and a half ago and there's been dust gathering in the bottom left corner. I brought it back to my service provider and they said "no, we can't do anything about that, if you want the dust gone we'll send it to the blackberry company and have them take it apart and clean it."

I promptly said no to that and said if it gets worse, I'm taking it back.

It got worse, and I brought it back and a different worker flat out told me its a manufacturing error and that the bottom of the screen was lifting up and dust/lint was getting in that way, so they just gave me a new one.

NOW, I walk out with my new BB and first time in the pocket, there's a piece of lint underneath the bottom left corner of the screen, and a few more specks of dust waiting to gather towards the middle.

What gives?

Edit: also the trackpad on this one, when I scroll up it makes a faint clicking noise and pushes down into the device, is this normal? the Curve I got before this one didn't do that, seems I was better off with that one.

Trackpad noise could just be scrool click, and you can turn that off in options.

In my pocket, and if its not in my pocket, it's sitting on my desk with me

The trackpad scroll sound is off, what I mean is the top side of the trackpad physically moves into the device a tiny bit when I scroll up, making a clicking noise, it doesn't click the trackpad fully in though
