Default BES license locked to corporate client ????

Is there a technical license requirement for the BES license that locks the license to the company name?

That's not good.
This means one BES license can be used on several servers. Is this so?

No, you've misunderood. You can move a license or SRP to a different machine, but you cannot reuse your server SRP on multiple machines at the same time. If you do this RIM will block your SRP at their gateway which means that devices will stop working (aside from text messaging and voice calls of course).

From previous conversation with TS they've told me you can no use the same CAL key on multiple machines. According to TS when the BES comes up it transmit the CAL keys as well as the SRP key.

When I do testing I always have to get a 30 CAL from TS.

You don't weant to use the same CAL's at the same time, but you can take a CAL off one server and assign it to another.

there will be no issue using the same cals on multiple BES's at the same time, as long as the BES's arnt using the same database.

There is an issue, a legal one. You should not use the same CAL's on multiple servers as you will have only paid for the licenses once. I (and BBF) would stongly discourage anyone for attempting this route. You want the licenses, then you should pay for them.

i was talking about a "technical" issue, the BES does no checks on th eCAL's when starting up, you can have the same CAL's on every BES in the world and have no "technical" ot performance issues
