some general 5.0.2 questions

our network folk decided to upgrade our BES suddenly - I found out upon return from my extended turkey weekend.
So, I've been going through the new BES Admin Web console, trying to familiarize myself with how it works, but there's a few things I haven't quite been able to stumble across.
1. With 4.x.x, you could add/remove columns (info found in KB16333). With 5.0.2, it doesn't appear you can, unless I'm missing something.
2. With the old 4.x BES, once you launched it and clicked on the server in the file/folder tree, you'd see all the Users added to the BES. In 5.0.2, I have to click on "manage users", then click on the search icon (lower right corner of the search field boxes). Is there a quicker way to view them all?
3. Another handy feature of 4.x was the ability to sort by OS versions, or Home Carrier etc... and then send an email to those specific users. For example, when we upgraded from 4.1.3 to 4.1.7, anyone with a BB 8830 on OS 4.2 needed to have their OS upgraded as with 4.1.7's ability to process html emails, the devices ended up with no free memory and would delete all their emails. In 4.x, I could sort by OS, highlight everyone on 4.2 and email them all at once to a. give them a heads up and b. schedule a time to bring their device in to have it's OS upgraded. Does 5.0.2 allow me to do that as well?
