Hi Experts,

I have Blackberry KeyOne what happens randomly when I try to unlock the phone the phone is freeze / hang until I reboot the phone after reboot it's asking for a pattern to unlock the phone.
Also at the same time call has been picked by another person is unable to hear me and it looks like complete freezing situation.

Unless the phone is defective , dropped or got wet I would try to do a OS reload.
Copy any photos or other items you want to keep first to your computer.

Unless its not damaged most carriers wont replace it. worst case a trade in for a new one.
