Running BES 4.1.5 with Exchange 2003. All working fine except for one user (so far):
He does not have a "Folder Redirection" item in the "E-mail settings" submenu, hence cannot choose which folders to redirect. This is a problem as he has various rules on Outlook that move mails to subfolders on his mailbox and they hence do not show on his BB (8800 model, 4.2.1.73).

I've managed to do this for him through Blackberry Manager ( on a remote PC), but would like him to be able to do it himself as his Outlook rules change.

A lot of those settings are controller by the Desktop [CMIME] service book. If a feature that is controlled by a SB is not showing, sometimes just deleting it and resending from BB Manager will do the trick.

Worth a shot. If it is enabled in BB Manager, then it sounds like a service book issue.

I've deleted and resent the Service Book and will let BBF know if this works.

No luck so far. Am now wiping device, removing account from BES and removing all Blackberry info from the mailbox. Then add account and activate Blackberry.
