I need to be able to send and accept meeting request from Blackberry Calendar. Currently, when I get a meeting request it only sits in my Outlook Inbox and the message does not go to my Blackberry. I would like to be able to get these messages and then either accept or deny the meeting request from the Blackberry. Is there a specific setting in Intellisync or in the BES server to allow this?

Those should come to your blackberry. Are you filtering your mail? If so, tell it to forward all of your mail and try a meeting request.

If it comes through, then you may have a problem with your filters and need to adjust.

Other than that I dont see why they would not work.

I have found the same problem since upgrading our BES servers to 4.0

handhelds with 4.0 did not get meeting requests, after we tried removing some apps on our handhelds meeting requests came through. Do you have the same problem with a fresh install of the handheld software?

I have a similar problem. I get the meeting invite, but I do not see a way to accept or decline the invitation from the blackberry.

I am having the same problem... 7100t on 4.0 and a BES on 4.0... I have spent much time troubleshooting it though.

They come through fine for us as well. Version 4.0 handheld and BES on 7100t

You can accept meetings if you are on a BES.

We are having the same issue on one our BES where we are unable to accept/decline messages on the BB.

We have this issue as well. We have a BES and no filters are setup and I am on wireless calendar synch. In fact, a new user just set up with a 7290 on our BES also has this issue - any other advice?
