How can access my company Global Address List when I want to write a new email from BB?? I do not want to have the complete list stored at my BB in the same place that I store my contacts phones.
Is it possible when I write in the TO or CC field that the BB looks first in my personal contacts information and in case that not find the contact, then looks at the Global Address List? How can I do that? My company is using BES and Outlook

I'm assuming you are on a BES? In the to field start typing the name. You'll get an option to email that contact or "lookup" that contact. Select "lookup" and it *should* look up your corporate Global Address list.

If now I want to check the contact information (Phone number, etc) from the person in the TO field from the GLobal Address List, how should I proceed??

You can pull up the menu and go to "show address" just like you can with regular contacts and it will pull up the email address. As far as phone number, I don't think that's available...or at least I don't see it.
