Dear sirs,
We are unable to complete our BES5 on prem install since it keep failing when we do test connectivity at the last step. We have uninstall, reinstalled, rebooted server still the same issue.
Our exchange is on office365, not on-premise though
Also, we have ensure the service account has all the rite sql, exchange and admin permissions.
Pls help on how 2 fix this,(Attaching screenshot also)
