Hello



i've an email account on my bb curve 9300 , but i want to delete it



When i try in the menu i don't found the way to do it



setup-->setup wizard-->email setup



i haven't "i want to add or create an email adress" , the only option available is about the creation of emails with bb enterprise server





Do you know how could i change this ?

look for the setup email accounts icon. you can delete it from there.

you can also log onto your carriers BIS site and delete it from there

you can make a backup of what do you need and wipe the bb

That will not delete the account in BIS however.

the quick solution is backup what do you neee, wip the device and restore the bakup,
in 10 minuts you resolved your problem!

spflippersp, as Dubdud said, that is not going to delete the email address from BIS.

ifturquie, repeat what you did, and you should then be looking at a screen that lists that email address as well as any others you may have added. Highlight the email address you want to remove and then open the menu, and then select delete.
