One of our users recently synced an old email account (the previous firmed he worked) onto his BlackBerry. He did the sync after I had done the enterprise activation. Now he wants these email syncing to his Exchange email account.

I have tried to do this through the Desktop Manager but without any luck.

I think it is because they are not stored in his inbox folder on the Blackberry. And I also cannot see which folder they are stored in on the BlackBerry.

Is there any way to move them into the inbox on his BlackBerry? Or anyway around to sync them to the exchange inbox?

Email does not sync on any BB. Old email would have to be forwarded to the BB.

Do you mean you cannot sync emails which are stored on the BB device to Outlook? I presuming you still mean you can sync email from Outlook to BB device not the other way around. As how would he have got them on in the first place.

As takeshi said above, email doesn't sync. Old email in the PC email client (in your case, Outlook) would have to be emailed to the BB if you needed to have it there.

The same with mail on the BB which you need to have in Outlook, you would need to send each one individually to the Outlook account.

This is why I use GMAIL as a main email address and also install the GMAIL client on my Blackberry.
Then, if an older message isn't on my Blackberry, I can open up the GMAIL client and search for it really quick there.
