Please help...all of a sudden about 2 weeks ago the phone starting dropping calls everytime. I would try to make a call and it would call failed...even when I had bars...Went to ATT&T and they put tin new sims car which hasn't helped. I updated software...what else can I do

If its still under warranty take it back, and tell them you want another one. I had to return several of them before I got one that worked. AT&T told me it was the sim card then it was the battery, they replaced some many sim card I lost count. I tried all the different OS and nothing. I'm using AT&T OS 4.6.0. I tried 5.2 but the battery life was horrible.
