Well - I just got bounced from T-Mobile to Blackberry and I don't think I'm going to hold very long. If they're this busy, I can't be the only one with a problem so SOMEONE will figure it out!!

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/2.0 (compatible; MSIE 3.02; Windows CE; PPC; 240x320) BlackBerry8700/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/102)

So far, so good this morning. I was able to receive and send this morning, but the test will be when I get to the training centre, login to my mail and see if they were all redirected to Yahoo and pushed to my BB. I've gotten 2 on my BB...that'll be my magic number!

This is very frustrating. It's been a whole week and I am continuing to experience delays of 20-30 minutes when sending and receiving mail. It is not 100% of the time, but probably at least 90% of the time.

Even if I push service books to myself, they take that long to arrive.

Is anyone else seeing these intermitten delays, or is it down to a T-Mobile & Me issue at this point?

Thumbs down

sooo where's that famous BB reliability that i " hear " always wins those " treo " vs. " blackberry " arguments ??? lol . i'm waiting for that so-called reliability thing to kick in on my BB 8700c since i went with BB for the reliability and so far my BB 8700c has gone hay-wire about 6 times in a month not recieving emails , then no texts , and now no emails again . maybe i'll get a treo 700p and get the unreliability plus a camera , mp3 player , and EV-DO support too .... after all i already got unreliable service might as well have the BLING BLING TOO ...lol .

Default TMO in NYC

I am still having intermittent delays with email sending and receiving, 20 mins being average, sometimes up to 40.

The problem seems to be mostly from about 0830 to about 1330. I have absolutely no problem in the evenings or late afternoons.

I spent more time on the phone with TMo, then kicked back up to RIM, and then just gave up due to hold time.

Very Frustrating.

Well - I never had any issues with my 7130e on VZW (except the ubiquitous "Data Connection Refused" which was annoying but always easily remedied). I am back on hold with T-Mo holding for RIM.

The annoying thing is that everything was working fine M, T, and W. Only started acting up again yesterday. And now I just got one of my 2 email service books back (my @tmo.bb.net one). Not sure if it's from when I sent it to myself 3 hours ago or when the TMo rep sent it to me 15 minutes ago...

Finally spoke to RIM. They made me delete my Service Books AGAIN and then re-sent them from their provisioning server. The rep said they are experiencing delays of up to an hour when sending new books, but that once I have the books, delivery to my @tmo.bb.net address should be "instantaneous."

I said, "I understand that, but it hasn't been 'instantaneous' for 2 days."

"Well," said he, "the fresh service books will help! And if not, here's our direct 800 number and a case number for you [so you can stay on hold another 60 minutes]."

If this doesn't work, I can call back and speak to an engineer. That should be fun.

Default TMO issues in Philly

I've been having push email delays for the last few weeks... I've called TMO twice and I have an email in to support. The problem seems to be traffic related: I get pushed mail almost at the same time as it's sent to my tmo.bb.net address during the mornings and evenings, but delays ranging from 10 minutes to several hours during the daytime. I think blackberry.net (not just tmo) is hurting for hardware or bandwidth, or something like that.
