Last night i was listening to some music when suddenly my BB restarted by itself. After it was done restarting it went to the homescreen then it verified my software but after that a text box came out saying "uncaught exception index 5>=5". I pressed "ok" then it went to a white screen with "app error 523" with " reset " below it. I tried resetting and it still went to that white screen with the app error. Later I tried formatting the BB but my laptop won't recognize my BB as a device.

Please help guys, I'll be your best friend
