So I called about 5 Tmobile stores in my area, and I got either the sold out story, or the the we didnt even get it in yet story? Seriously RIM/Tmobile, are you kidding me? It's amazing that in this day and age that we continue to go through the BS of phones not coming out on time, or companies sending 3 devices to a store on the launch day...Which was the 17th of Nov! Today is the 19th, and some stores didnt get it yet? RIM..You get the Gas Face! One for not even giving us a complete refresh, but also playing the stupid exclusive hard to find game.

And I went to two TMO stores to pick the same and I was told that if the store already has stock of 9700 then they will have to clear/sell that stock before they will be able to sell 9780.
Third store gave me the devie. Glad I got.
