I have a question. I bought a Blackberry Bold 9700 about 7 months ago. I want to give this phone however to my son for the holiday season. I don't want to add another line to my T-Mobile plan. I want to put it on another provider (prepaid). Which would work (with data) on my phone. Would the Virgin Mobile $25 per month (+$10 For Blackberry) work on my unlocked Blackberry.

Virgin Mobile in the USA is a CDMA network.
The 9700 is a GSM only phone.
It won't work on Virgin Mobile.
