help please!!!!!

some how my 9700 turned itself off when i was at work yesterday (battery didnt die as it was fully charged) and when it was turning itself back on the progress bar will only load 2 thirds and stay like that

all together i have done about 10 battery pull outs to see if that would work

had it on charge overnight again to see if that would do it

any ideas??

Mine happened something like and I think the only way out is wipe and reisntall.
