Everytime I have had to reset my device, I lose all my feeds and have to set it all back up from scratch. I assume the account aspect would remedy this, but it is not user friendly.

Yes, creating an account would remedy the loss of feeds.
What version are you using? (Go to Options -> About, and this will display the version you are using.
If you are not using version 2.2.69/2.2.70, please go to:
Viigo Virtual Reach Download from your BlackBerry device HTML browser.
Download the latest version.
Once you install it, you may have to re-boot. You'll be prompted to if necessary.
After you launch the new version, you'll be prompted to run the account registration wizard. Please do so, and follow the on-screen instructions. I recommend you select "Create a new account".
