I have recently upgraded a bb from os 4.7 to 5.0.0.732

When I go to email messages icon, all I see are text messages (sms at the top) and when I go to sms icon, it's all sms as well

I've seen that you can separate the two by going to: Options>General Options> and there should be an SMS section that you can select separate (I've seen it before on the 4.7 version)

I don't see any SMS related options at all?? Is this just the new 5.0 or?

Although in the Inbox Settings it asks for email accounts (desktop is checked) and then other message types (sms which is unchecked)

In email when I go to view folder it's on the inbox, so not sure why I am only seeing SMS and no emails?

Any suggestions?

Messages > Menu button > Options > Inbox Settings > uncheck the box next to SMS

While the phone was still powered on, I took out the battery and sim for a few minutes, loaded it back in and put the battery in, waited for it to register again

Went into the email section and it then showed emails and not just texts

Looks like a reboot was the fix!
