missing all ringtones- 9530

I am missing all my ringtones. when I try to select a ringtone, the names show up in the list, but all i hear is 3 beeps... I used the explore feature, and it appears that they are all missing.
I was running .75, and upgraded to .86, and then back to .75. I nuked the device in between each attempt.
Has anyone else seen this issue? Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do to get my ringtones back?
