Default Blinking red LED

Please Login to Remove!

My 9700 blinks about once a second. There is no new message or appointment.

This lasted about 5 min and then it goes off.

What's going on here?

Thanks!

Are you sure there isn't something that it is alerting you to? Have any weather apps? I know that any weather alerts on Weatherbug will cause the LED to flash red. Check all of your folders for maybe a PIN message, etc.

message, text or even network available will make the LED blink( called LED coverage indicator) check your options under screen/keyboard

WeatherBug, Twitter, Facebook, something like that, perhaps?

anyone know why Facebook causes a blink for 5 minutes and stops? I can't find any reference to this anywhere.

My guess is that it actually blinked for the standard 15 minutes and then stopped.
