Default Domino 8 Console Logging

Please Login to Remove!

On our Domino 8 Servers we enable console logging. However, we have noticed that on the BES Server it is actually not enabled.
From our records, it looks like console logging was enabled until BES 4.1.6 was installed onto the Server.

Does anyone else run console logging on their BES Domino 8 servers? If you do can you let me know if it's enabled or disabled?

Thanks

In your notes.ini what do you have in there?

It should look somewhat like this:
console_log_enabled=1
console_log_max_kbytes=1048576
Console_LogLevel=2

Yes it does. I verified prior to posting the question. When send a "show server" command it reports "Console Logging: Not Enabled" all of our other Domino 8 servers are OK.

Ok, what about in your events4.nsf there is a view called filter or filters, that has a document called log filters. Sometimes by deleting that document will make the server start writing to the console correctly, along with displaying your "show server" correctly. I cant remember if you have to restart after deleting the document to pick up the change.

Checked that out, there's no documents in that view.
