Hi all, as soon as I got my Javelin I updated to os 168, due to problems with themes I downgraded back to 114, now I want to upgrade but desktop manager says there's no update available, I tried directly with app loader but with no luck, any suggentions

Search your entire PC and verify there are no instances of vendor.xml.

Try reinstalling the upgrade OS onto your PC.

delete all the os installed on your pc.
click control panel -> add or remove -> delete all "Blackberry Device Software" versions (normally it's alphabetically arranged).

Then install the latest version of OS by saving to your desktop or my documents folder(so it is easier to find). Do not forget to double click the bb device software file which you saved. Then follow the instruction on deleting the "vendor.xml" and then click the "loader" found on the same file as the 'vendor..."
I am sure, it will update your os.
