Default Accepted Messages wont Delete?

Please Login to Remove!

Hey all

After searching and searching and banging my head against the wall, i figure i would come and ask

Basicly what we have here is when i set up a meeting, and users accept that meeting, i get an email "Accepted: Test Meeting" and of course i get this message in my inbox and my Blackberry (Curve 8330).

Now when i delete this message from my inbox, it WILL NOT remove it from my blackberry, but if i delete ANY other messages from my inbox, they delete off the blackberry. This is happening to everyone on the BES

Domino 6.5
Just upgraded BES to 4.1.6mr5 from 4.1.5

any ideas?

You must have remove it from the Lotus Notes view only. When you delete such documents in your Notes mail database, you are normally presented with at least 3 buttons - "Remove", "Delete" and "Cancel". I can't remember which one is the one, but one of them is physically remove the document and the other just remove from the view. Check out the "All Documents" view to verify if the document is still there. If it is still in Notes mail database, BES is very obedient, you know. She won't anyhow delete any document unless you say so =P

Selecting "Remove" will not delete the message from the BlackBerry as this is a "remove from view" not a delete.

Well i have never seen this remove, delete or cancel before, i usually just select the email and hit the delete button.

But i did check the All Documents view, and it is not there either, i got some of the other BB users to do the same, and yea not there in the all documents view.

As i said this is happening to everyone on the BES and with accepted meeting notices only. All other emails delete normally
