(I've seen this happen before) Please verify the checkbox next to "Synchronize PIM" is checked before you hit the "Synchronize Now" button in Intellisync in Desktop Manager.
You might also verify that the settings in the "Configure PIM" area are all looking at the correct Profile/folder in Outlook... you can verify this by looking at the bottom of the window and checking the folder - If it doesn't look correct, then click on the Choose, then Browse buttons... to verify the folders are all set correctly.
