When my phone turns on, and i use the trackball either way or push or the #/Q and 1/W key the phone reboots, the other problem that i have is that even dough WinXP does detects and syncs with USB, it doesn't charge the Battery also the power cord icon does appear and stays there(meaning that it does detect is connected to a power source)!! but its not charging the battery, NOTE that is the same problem with the power outlet( i have tried 6 different BB power outlets already, and different USB cables and different computers/Notebooks) also a co-worker also has another 8300 here so i swapped the battery's and my battery works on him, and it does charge it, but i cannot charge his battery. I have left my BB trying to charge either battery on Power outlet and USB, each for 1 hour, and nothing it just drains the power, also the BB feels pretty HOT, when power Outlet charging.
Another thing i noticed is, that if you disconnect the battery and connect the BB to a power outlet, the BB is supposed to come on with an icon that there isn't a battery on the phone, my co-worker does that, mine doesn't.
