Default Have you notice Cingular over charging

Please Login to Remove!

My friend and I have noticed on our bills, that Cingular's "free" Mobile to Mobile is technically not free. When you use your mbl-to-mbl during the day, it deducts from your "anytime" and roll over minutes.

To me, this is misleading and causes you to be over charged for overage minutes. Just an FYI. Check if this is happening to you also.

I didn't see that issue on my statements. I think your friend should contact Cingular and tell them what they are finding...Their account could have been set up wrong.

I will check. But in one month I saw all of my rollover minutes decrease and my bill skyrocket. I noticed that the mble to mble calls made during the day and pulled from my rollover and anytime.

Based on my last few bills, i decided to go to Metro PCS for a second phone and only use cingular for BBerry only. Its a hassle but I refuse to pay too much for this crap.

Cingular's bill is a real pain to interpret so you might want to carefully double-check if you haven't already. When I looked at my first one, I thought that it indicated that follow-me-calls were being double-deducted from my anytime minutes but, on closer inspection, that wasn't the case. They were just listed twice for tracking purposes but the totals were correct.

If they're overbilling then definitely contact CS and have them clear it up.

Do either of you use Cingulars Voice dialing feature? Calls made using this feature may be charged an anytime minutes, from what I hear.
