I really don't think Nextel is gonna do much bout the problem with the ringtone issue any time soon. I had a N 7100i also but got tired of waiting so I sold it and now I'm waiting for my i930 to arrive can't wait! Now don't get me wrong I like blackberrys' a lot but can't have a phone without my favorite tones. I still have the T-Mobile 7100t and that one is filled to the gills with my fav. So hope nextel gets on the ball and fixes the problem, so you can rock your BB like it should be.

Here's an obscure one. Any way to get the theme song from Thomas The Tank Engine? My 4 year old has requested that my phone "sing" this for him.

Is there any way to convert an .adp file to midi or mp3? The 7130 and 8700 do not support .adp format.

Yes there is! With the Phillips Media Center that's the same program you use to make .adp's. But they don't sound to good converted back to Mp3.. Tell me which songs you want converted to Mp3 and I'll fint out what bit rate they take and Bob's your uncle!

Don`t mention it I have alot of fun making the ringtones, although I don`t have a Blackberry anymore i`ve swithed to an i930 but i`ll still drop by and help out once in a while with the ringtones. Thanks to every one and see everybody aroud!

Question? This is kinda high tech i guess....I was wondering is it possible to make a ringtone for someone, by calling their name?? Example "Erica pick up the phone" to say the person name whether in a rap chorus or speaking!! could be spoken in male of female voice or even a different language British/French/spanish/Russian etc!!
