I would tell you, but it would probably get blocked by Norton

Thanks, dude, but it doesn't work because now when I click the link on Post #19 in this thread, Windows asks me if I want to Open, Save or Run. I select Save and intead of asking me to which file I should send it to, I no longer have that option and the previous prompts disappear. I re-enabled Norton and now instead of restoring my option to at least select a destination folder (which will end up disappearing again), I now lost that option. So now what, guys?

Re: Trouble Downloading Firmware
From Symantec - Who will be your next stop if you cannot figure out how your AV program works.
In rare cases where a legitimate file has been misidentified and subsequently quarantined, your computer may behave abnormally or you may find that one or more applications no longer function as expected. In such rare situations, you should open the Quarantine in your Symantec antivirus product. From here, you may review the list of all files detected as Suspicious, and, if you identify a potential misidentification, restore the file from quarantine and allow it to run normally.
-Double-click on the SAV shield icon in your Notification Area (lower right-hand corner of screen).
-From the View menu choose Quarantine .
-Select the file you want to delete.
-To select all files, click on the first file. Scroll to the end of the Quarantined files list. Hold down the SHIFT key and click on the last file.
-Click the Delete button in the toolbar (looks like a red x).
-In the take action dialog box, click Start Delete .
-When status has changed to succeeded click Close button.
-If more documents appear in the list, repeat steps 3 - 6 until finished.
-When done, click Close . Click Exit to exit SAV.

Re: Trouble Downloading Firmware
I am not sure what's going wrong, or where, but let's try disabling Norton and downloading via FireFox. It should go directly to the downloads folder as stated previously.

Re: Trouble Downloading Firmware
If there's this much trouble just getting the file downloaded... I can't wait to see the thread for the actual handheld update.

Odd, Symantec Endpoint protection had no issue when I downloaded it.

The error may lie between the chair and the keyboard...and you have probably heard that before - being an IT guy. LOL
