Hi BBJEEP, you need to upgrade your handhelds to 4.5 OS. This is an issue with the 4.2 OS.

BES with GW
Hello, I'm french and i'm installing a BES v4.1.4.16 with GW.
I use the client 7.0 for GW
I'm not sure of my "trusted application key" and I don't know how to generate it, I seek help in this regard. My "APPLICATION NAME" is good.

We just upgraded to SOAP on our BES server running 4.1.6, starting getting users unable to delete message on 8700c devices, all were running device OS's below 4.2.1. Will update to 4.5 and let you all know how it goes.

Just received this email from RIM. Maintenance Release 3 is available.

I heard it is in beta right now and is expected to be released in november/december, but RIM almost never make their deadlines, so i expect next year.
