Well the latest that is "known" to people is actually .130. And a source said that .130 was last weeks news, so I'm gonna say they probably do have it internally.

Maybe Rogers will have RIM fix that problem. Since it is a GSM.

It appears not to effect GSM only devices like the 9500. I have a friend who has a 9500 and a 9530 and edge is not an issue on the 9500 which is very frustrating as the only difference is the lack of a CDMA radio.

Yeah, but you would think there would be some sort of problem because you are running a CDMA on a GSM network. So the phone isn't gonna perfect in the radio section. But RIM might have ideas.

That is an option and good results have come out of that. I have made a few and have also came up with another (possible) solution I am going to try.

There is also an easy solution. Switch to a CDMA Carrier

I would not want to take a step back in technology.

The camera bug is back in .112 that you have to sometimes zoom to at least 1.1x to take a picture.

I would say skip 112 unless you really want the new copy / cut feature. I had no lockups in 106. I got the VSOD problem back in 112. For me the best combo has been 106 with 90s Radio.

I am running 112 with 90s radio now.
