One of my email accounts is @uscellular.blackberry.com. If the BB were to die, is there anyway to access emails in that account on line? Thanks.

To my knowledge no you can not, but you can have you *.blackberry.net forwarded to another account. I do this just incase I loose my BB. Man that's a scary thought, lol.

I would suggest getting gmail with your BIS service instead of using the BIS email address....

I agree strongly with chrisamo. Up until about 18 mos ago, users were able to access their bb e-mail account from their PC known as the Blackberry Web Client. Most people do not use their bb carrier e-mail address for the reason of your issue, as well as, dealing with SPAM issues.

I'd set up a nice fat Gmail account to forward to, and use the Gmail account to forward from that if you wanted it to go somewhere else.

the carrier.blackberry.net email address cannot be accessed in any other manner than the phone. If your phone were to die you could switch to another device and start receiving email again, but that is it. Your device is your inbox.

You can set forwarding of all emails coming to @uscellular.blackberry.com to some other email address.
Create free GMail or Yahoo account and forward all emails there.
Of course, it'll only work as long as you pay for blackberry data plan, because @uscellular.blackberry.com is part of the servie provided by it.

This hasn't been supported since BIS 1.8, their is no way to access the carrier.blackberry.net email addresses, unless you are still on BIS 1.8..and even then a lot of carriers have "force" migrated you off of it...go the gmail route for sure.
