Default Fraud?

I had a very bad experience with Official RIM BlackBerry Accessories Store - Mobile phone accessory,Batteries,Headsets,Chargers,Cases,Holste rs,Handsfree,travel gear,Cell Phone,7510,7280,7230,7750,6710,7210. I'm from Rome-Italy and on decmeber 7th I have placed an order for some gifts I would have to give for Xmas holidays. 70 euros.

My credit card has been immediately charged for the amount, but as of today I never received my goods!! I have wrote several emails to the support line, and the have always answered with vague sentences such as: "will let you know"..."we are investigating", then nothing else until today.

They have got my money, but I don't have anything. What should I do?
Be carefull with those guys...

I would contact them and cancel the order, get a refund, and try to get the items from somewhere else. That seems to be way too long. Have they even shipped the items yet?

If not I would definitely get on the phone and stay on the phone until the order is canceled and you are refunded.

You should also notifiy your credit card company. You may be able to get them to reverse the charges since you never got the merchandise.

I have been hanged at the phone for 15 minutes, listening to the automatic answering machine playing music and saying that "the first available operator...."!

They say they have shipped, but they don't know where the package is..

I have asked for a refund, but the didn't answered this subject.

I am filing a declaration for the Italian Internet Police. 4 days ago I have sent them (blackberry shop) an email, saying that I will have field a declaration, and they didn't event replied.
This is the very worst client support I ever had from a company.

I personally try to use PayPal for everything.. I had a similar problem a couple of months ago, and it was great becasue I was able to file a complaint with PayPal. Best part is if the seller did not "accept" the complaint and agree to look into it in 7 days you automatically win, and PayPal was not able to contact the seller either so I got ALL my money back and they will fight with the seller themselves.
