We would like to connect some "BOSS" Exchange mailbox with BES but those mailbox have the "Hide From Exchange Address List" flag checked.

The objective is to hide those users from GAL (Global Address List) but maintain BES connection working correctly.

Can someone help us?

Unhide the user from the GAL, add to the BES, hide from the GAL

but we already tried this way, we have the mailbox synchronized with BES and it's working. Now we have to hide the name but when checking the "hide" option BES sync stop working.

Have you tried the solution you suggested and it's working for you? Maybe we are doing something wrong.
