i have a 8700g tmobile, BES.

to fully get everything to sync (between my BB, outlook, outlook web access, etc.) i have to hit the 'reconcile now' on my BB. the outlooks sync each other perfectly, but the blackberry won't update (only as far as mail is concerned) unless I hit 'reconcile now'. then everything reconciles perfectly. this may be dumb as i know it's just a button, but is there a way to do this automatically without having to press the button? or does it do it automatically on a timed schedule?

Hey there, do the following:

1) Go into your Messages folder and hit your trackwheel
2) Scroll down to Options which will take you into Message Options
3) From here, scroll down to Email Reconciliation
4) Go down to Wireless Reconcile and change or make sure it is On.

This should ensure that your email automatically reconciles.
