Default IT Policy & Always Allowing Http Connections

Please Login to Remove!

When running even the simplest push listener on startup, the blackberry will always open a dialog asking if it is ok to open an http connection. When installing the applications locally, it was no big deal as it only happened the first time it started, and I was always there to allow connections.

I want to leverage the BES 4.0's OTA updates, but that would require the end users to be conscious of this dialog. Worse, if accidently the connection is not allowed, it will never prompt for the connection again.

Is there a way to set the handheld to always allow? I'd assume it's an IT Policy setting, but I've set the following IT Policy options to true:

Allow Split-Pipe Connections
Allow External Connections
Allow Internal Connections

I've been trying to find a workaround for this as well and have yet to make anything fly. I'll keep playing with it and let you know if I find something.
