I was using zopim but it made my webpage very slow and you can't really manage the design as much as you want. Pictures and videos are in small quality, There is no video and voice chat, it doesn't work well on phones eithre.

Free is free. It always lack something. $15/month is not so much if your visitors stay so much longer on your webpage since they love the chat design, etc..

Yes free is free but depending on the features your looking for free may fit.
A lot of cost apps may offer more but do they? Or are they just simple mods to another app that's free. Either way the user decides.
