Hie all,

I recently upgraded my 9000's software from os v4.6 to os v5.0.0.554 the os runs well. The only problem is that the BB Maps & BB App World show on my applications list as installed but I can't see them in my main/ home menu. What should I do to be able to access them? Thank you in advance.

Register your BB on the BB network. If you don't have a BB service that's complicated. But it is still possible.
