Not certain I had this issue on my bold, but on the torch is fails miserably. PDFs print fine, office files lock up the device, cause errors requiring a battery pull, etc. Beamsuite tech support is good for blank stares and drool on this. Seriously. All they have to offer is "Yes, it will." I'm suspicious because they also tell me it won't view them. Are they full of crap?

Never mind. A free app, Cortado Workplace, works just fine. Beamsuite can bite me. I guess it pays to keep up. I bought Beamsuite 3 years ago when Cortado was a subscription service. Times have changed. Cortado is now free and Beam Suite has appropriate initials.
