To all The BB Guru out there...

I can't no matter how I have tried to add new contacts straight on my 9700 device. After filling in all the info, I pressed ''SAVE'' but it did nothing. The detail page just keep showing and all I could do is just to choose discard instead of save.

I have seen some posts related to this but can't seem to find proper solution for it. Please anyone.....HELP!!!!!

pull the battery and replace then try it.

Might be a service book problem. Try to re-push the service books.
