How can I stop Bis 3.o from syncing my gmail contacts and calendar, I am not happy with the option / service, there is no gmail manual sync option, I prefer to use Gmail Sync with update more often and has the option to perform a manual sync

well technically gmail contact sync was added in bis 2.8
and niether that nor bis 3.0 sync the calendar. though you can stop contact sync by opening manage internet email icon and editing your gmail account. when you scroll to the bottom you will get the sync options that you can turn off or on. then you can go back and use google sync
