Default BlackBerry 8830 phonebook and Ford SYNC

Please Login to Remove!

My 8830 seems to pair with my Ford SYNC system with ease and downloads the phonebook. The phone works fine through the vehicle system. Unfortunately the phonebook is sorted by first name. I have talked to Ford SYNC support service and they tell me it is an issue with my phone's Bluetooth, they do not control the display properties. I have checked my phone settings and under language have it set to display last name first. I also have contact/options set to sort by last name. Is anyone else out there having this problem? I would like to be able to display the contacts by last name first. Any information on how to do this would be much appreciated.
