Apologies if this has been answered before; I've searched and found a few threads that are similar, but didn't answer my question.
I'm having an issue with a Blackberry that's sending duplicate e-mails. (Not receiving them, sending them). It doesn't happen all of the time - there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason as to why it sends twice.
It's an 8900 on AT&T, and the account is from a Gmail-hosted account on my own domain (mydomain.com, let's say). There are two accounts on the Blackberry -
, and
. The problem is happening on mydomain.com; I haven't noticed this occurring on the Gmail.com account, but it's possible that it's happening there as well.
Whenever this happens, the headers of both messages are the same - i.e. they're both coming from mydomain.com.
Distinguishing this issue from similar ones I've found, I should point out that:
A) It's not the Gmail issue where someone receives messages they've sent in their inbox.
B) It's not the issue where someone
receives multiple e-mails on their Blackberry - I'm
sending multiple e-mails.
Any thoughts?
