Is there a hard case or a sleeve (silicone or otherwise) available for the Tour that does NOT have a hole cutout for a the camera? I've been searching and have not been able to find one.

Nothing yet. There are still few cases available for the Tour as it's still too new. Seidio Online should have some stuff in another week or two, and since the Tour will come in a version without a camera I'm sure there will be skin cases with no cutout. Patience....
