I was able to download mine... it was two steps for me... the first time it read .76, but I hooked my phone once again to my pc and run DM and it uploaded again.... now reads .109... and let me tell you what... IT'S AMAZING!!! The best thing for me was the camera, it's really fast now, and it's great to see what you are taking a pic of due to it's new transparent bottom bar when taking a pic or vid.

I downloaded and it says i have version .76. So i connected to DM and tried update software and it says no software update required for your device? where would it tell me I have OS .109? Options< About says .76

My wife and I both have 9530's. I downloaded 4.7.0.113 and installed it on my phone without issue. But when I go to install it on my wifes phone desktop manager does not pop up telling me there is an update to apply. I even tried to go in to the update application section and check the 4.7.0.113 update, but it tells me that the software does not need updated. I have pulled the battery and rebooted the computer. What am I missing?

.109 is the package version. .76/.96 is the app/platform version, so look at your phone's info page again and tell us if you have loaded it...?

or maybe we should have a vulcan read your mind to determine what you actually did, because here at the forums, we can't see what you're doing, you know ?

Ditto, but it worked for my wife's and not mine. I wound up uninstalling DM 4.7 (and all user settings) and going back to DM 4.5, which worked just fine (run the launcher.exe). 113 is very nice.

i just upgrade from this link and it says on my phone im running .103 , and this confuses me because the link says its for .109

im also having many problems and am not sure how to go about fixing them, i cannot open pictures or attachments in email because it says im missing a service book ?

i also cannot reply to any email , when i bring up the menu in a replied email "send" is not available

is there anyone who can help me ? this is my first time upgrading and only have this few problems

try plugging your phone in, go to desktop manager, application loader and select update device software. you will see the OS's you can choose from.

but im still having the same problems with replying to emails and opening attachments

it feels hopeless......
