Default HTML Email w/ BES

Please Login to Remove!

Hello everyone! I had a quick question about the new 4.5 OS. No, I don't want to know where to download it from, but I would like to know if anyone is using it on their 8700G with BES? I'm at a loss as how to get the HTML email option to appear in email settings. Other than that, the phone seems to be working great. I've wiped and reactivated, I've done the battery pull with and without resending the service books and nothing seems to work. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Yes, I read the sticky up top, but it had to do with BIS and I've followed that procedure multiple times with no success. I thought that maybe there was something I'm missing that only applies to BES. I've been through a lot of Google/Forum searches with no success. If there's another thread out there that has the answer, I'd love to know it. Thank you again.

Is your BES at 4.1.6? You won't get HTML email unless it is.

Your BES administrator needs to upgrade your BES to version 4.1.6.
Then your BES admin may need to resend service books to your device.

As a BES user, you cannot resend your own service books. This is an admin function that your IT department must do for you.

Thank you. I actually have access to the BES server remotely and can resend the books from there. I didn't think to check the version, however. I'll look into that. Thank you!
